I am 22, and presently live in TN. I started reading about mysticism at the age of 12. I first began reading about Buddhism, and then found my way studying mysticism. When I was younger I used to tell my teachers I wanted to be a “Buddhist monk”, though today I still am trying to feel where I will go with my future. Five years ago I found Amma's face on the cover of a book, and my life has not been the same since. I felt an immediate spiritual connection, and after visiting the ashram's website I read about her as well. I finally got to meet her in November of 2004, and felt that same presence when I did. I received my mantra at that time, and then my spiritual name from her of Advait in 2006.

I consider myself a spiritual mystic trying to find the truth in life as well as an activist trying to make the world a better place.

I currently live in Tennessee, and am trying to decide what to do with the rest of my life.
